    There is no set-up fee and the basic monthly fee starts at $9/month in US funds. Have a large team or group? Contact us for bulk discount costing.

  • How does an upgrade to a new package work?

    When you upgrade to a package we will...

    • immediately bill you a pro-rated amount
    • if the billing is successful, you will get access to the upgraded packages features immediately
    • then on next billing date you will be billed for the full, new package amount
  • How does a downgrade to a new package work?

    When you downgrade to a package.

    • if the downgrade requires you to remove users and/or business units you will need to do that before you can downgrade. If you do not remove the mandatory items for the downgrade you will remain on that package.
    • if you meed the downgrade requirements then the features you paid for that billing cycle remain in effect until the next billing cycle
    • then on next billing date you will be billed for the new package amount and only have access to the lower packages features
  • What type of website can I add my review widgets to?

    You can add your review widgets to any type of website. Once you create a widget or badge, we supply you with a small snippet of code you simply paste into your website.

  • Is it easy to create a review widget for my website?

    Absolutely! Simply login, hook up to your Google Business Profile (we walk you through that), generate a widget from our pre-set options and we provide you with a simple code snippet you can paste into yopur website.

  • Do I have to sign a contract for the reviews widgets?

    There are no contracts to sign and you can look to cancel at any time.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit card payments from VISA, AMEX and Mastercard.

  • What sources do you connect with to pull my reviews from?

    Currently we automatically can pull reviews from Google. You are also able to upload and import reviews manually as well. There will be more sources coming and if you have a suggested source, please let us know.

  • Can I import reviews that are not in Google?

    Yes you can easily import reviews that you have that might not be located in Google.

  • If I cancel, what happens to my review widget on my website?

    When your account is removed the widget code that you have on your website will stop working and no longer show the reviews.

  • Do you have marketing or digital agency reseller packages?

    We are working on agency level packages where you can sign-up and manage multiple client accounts from your agency interface.
