• immediately bill you a pro-rated amount
• if the billing is successful, you will get access to the upgraded packages features immediately
• then on next billing date you will be billed for the full, new package amount

When you downgrade to a package.

• if the downgrade requires you to remove users and/or business units you will need to do that before you can downgrade. If you do not remove the mandatory items for the downgrade you will remain on that package.
• once you have the required items ready for downgrade, you can do so and there will be a pro-rated amount that gets taken off the next billing period
